  I have been seeing Dr. Baer for years and he is great! He always takes the time to go over everything I need to know about my prescriptions and general eye health.

  This office is the worst. My first appointment I had to wait an hour in the waiting area. My second appointment I called ahead, as a courtesy and said I might be 10 min late. When I showed up 10 min late they said I called and cancelled, and would have to wait at least an hour. What? I did NOT cancel. They also NEVER answer the phones, and their recording says they are "extremely busy". How rude. I think the docs are talented, and maybe that is part of the problem. They office staff just totally sucks.
