  Got a "Final Notice" bill with no previous notices. Tried to call the 800 number on the bill. Got a message that no one was available to take my call. Then used Google to find a local number which rang a bunch of times, and then was answered by a automated voice that said, "this extension is not taking any calls. Your call will now be disconnected." Horrible customer service to say the least. If I could give a negative star, I would.
