Likely wont rent from them again. Got the car on time and had a coupon for a free upgrade which gave us a very small car. The tire pressure was low and a light came on for it, but there was no manual in the car to even look up the light. We rented from Thrifty on our next leg of the trip in Portland and they gave us an upgrade "just because" it was available, it was a bigger car, everything was clean and in good order and the service was much better. Enterprise also charged me an additional hour at turn in... we were told they would give us up to one hour free over turn in time. Even though we sat in the lot waiting for the guy to take our car we ended up being literally 1 minute over so they charged us. Worst experience we've had renting a car on our vacations. Won't use them again which is a shame because this is my hometown and they used to be good at the Folsom Location. Cars are in mediocre condition, no manuals to figure things out and then they find ways for extra charges. Not fun. Next trip in 6 months and will use a different vendor.
